When is the Genshin Impact 3.6 Special Program Stream? – Answered

Time for some big names to return

Genshin Impact 3.5 Update Featured

After a somewhat cold update (quite literally considering the last few banners), we once again enter the final patch days for Genshin Impact, and that means one big, important thing: the Special Program stream previewing all of the new content to be added into the game is almost here. We’ll finally have a better official look at the new characters and grab a few extra Primogems from the usual codes. Keep scrolling to find out when this next live stream is happening.

When is the Genshin Impact 3.6 Stream Happening? – Answered

The special program is set to be hosted on March 31, at 08:00 AM (UTC -4), roughly a week and a half before the update finally drops. The 3.6 is also now officially named “A Parade of Providence”, and will definitely be a lot more active than the current update we’re in.

For the confirmed content, we know that we’re finally getting our hands on Baizhu and Kaveh as the new Dendro characters to be introduced in the game. Baizhu is set to be a 5-star Catalyst character, while Kaveh is a Greatsword (!) 4-star. Considering how new 5-stars are never paired with a new 4-star (unless there are two or more 4-stars introduced), is safe to assume that they will be on separate banners.

As for banners, Eula is currently locked in her no-rerun jail for over a year, and players could expect to see her making a small appearance in the stream, considering how random some of the rerun schedules have been lately. But one thing that’s certain is that Nahida should make a comeback as all Archons always had their first rerun 4 patches after their initial release. Nilou is also due to return, so it wouldn’t be unexpected to see her around either.

Where Can I Watch the Genshin Impact 3.6 Stream?

The official Genshin Impact Twitch channel will be hosting the stream, which should last about 30 minutes in total with a total of 3 Primogem codes distributed. Alternatively, their Youtube channel will also host the stream, so you’re free to choose your broadcast. Any of them will contain the codes, and Prima Games will also deliver them after the live is over, so you’re covered on those.
