As you complete the various side quests that Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty offers you, you’ll be presented with a lot of choices that don’t have a hefty bearing on the story at large, but do matter for that individual side quest’s story even after completion. One such side quest involves two Barghest soldiers, one of whom made a serious mistake. Here’s what Paco and Babs should do in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty.
Should Paco and Babs Frame Yuri, Get Out of Dogtown, or Get Your Help?
This choice appears during the side quest Balls to the Wall in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty. During the quest, Paco and Babs will send you on a Deep Dive using drugs, through which you’ll relive Paco’s moments as a Barghest soldier under Kurt Hansen’s command. Upon finishing up, you’ll learn that Paco stole some generators that Kurt’s right-hand man, Yuri, was going to sell under the table. Now with Yuri knowledgeable, he isn’t sure what to do.
As for what they should do about it, you absolutely should not choose to frame Yuri when this choice comes up. This will result in a battle with Yuri, only to find out that Paco was killed by Yuri before the fight. Babs will be able to escape, though you won’t get anything in return. Having Paco get out of town isn’t a horrible call since Paco should live through the ordeal, though the two will be separated, which isn’t great.
The best choice you can make is to make a few calls and get some help. From here, text Panam and ask her for help getting the two of them smuggled out. A little while later, both Paco and Babs will have made it safely to Kenya with both you and Panam’s help. Later on, you’ll be texted mentioning a gift the two of them left you in the tent you met in. When you head there, you’ll find the Carmen unique assault rifle. Not a bad reward, if you ask me.
