Whether you attended Pokemon GO Fest or followed along with the activities, one thing is for sure, you would have noticed the Timed Research that required a code to be activated. Thankfully, the code has been cracked, and you can now catch Rotom!

Pokemon GO Ghost in the Machine Code Solution

During the Pokemon GO Tour: Sinnoh, ticketed participants were tasked with figuring out the solution to the code for the Rotom research. And they did exactly that! Keeping in spirit with Rotom’s mischievous personality, the code is 0HY0UF0UNDM3. You’ll need to redeem this code for access to the research, and it is redeemed outside of the game.

How to Redeem the Ghost in the Machine Pokemon GO Code

Redeeming the code to receive Rotom and a couple other goodies is thankfully more straightforward than cracking the code in the first place.

  • Follow this link to the Pokemon GO Live Offer Redemption page.
  • Log into your Pokemon GO account.
  • Use the code discovered by the Los Angeles players in the redemption section.

  • Upon redeeming the code, you will receive the Pokemon GO Tour: Sinnoh, 2024 medal.
  • Access to the Timed Research Ghost in the Machine.

How Long Does the Pokemon GO Ghost in the Machine Timed Research Last?

The Pokemon GO Ghost in The Machine Timed Research gave the player just under twelve days to complete it. This timeframe is rather generous as the research has the sole task of catching 30 Pokemon which were originally from the Sinnoh region. Something that I could do from home, occasionally booting up the game and checking the few Pokemon that have spawned.

Once you have finished your research and obtained your Rotom, you will be a step closer to completing the Sinnoh Dex. It’s too bad that there is no sign of Arceus, Phione, or Manaphy. But at least there’s a lot to explore when it comes to Dialga and Palkia’s Origin Formes.
