What do Mini Characters do in Vampire Survivors Emergency Meeting DLC? – Answered

Cute, isn't it?

Vampire Survivors’ Emergency Meeting DLC has introduced over a dozen new weapons and many small Among Us characters that follow you around as passive abilities. But what do those mini characters do except allegedly offer “better moral support” and run around you? Let’s find out.

What are the Effects of Mini Characters in Vampire Survivors Emergency Meeting DLC?

There are eight mini characters in total, each with different, cryptic text when you pick them up (or choose them during leveling). I’ve figured out all of the functions of these cute little crewmates that follow you around, and I am happy to share the knowledge below.

NameIn-Game textWhat it actually does
Mini Crewmate (Red)Might occasionally shout at nearby enemies. It emits a Garlic around you. That’s a nasty shout right there!
Mini Engineer (Orange)Might occasionally electrocute enemies. It emits a Lightning Ring.
Mini Ghost (Yellow)Might occasionally freeze enemies in fear.It emits a Clock Lancet.
Mini Shapeshifter (Green)Might occasionally fling leftover body parts at enemies. It throws Bones around.
Mini Guardian (Blue)Might occasionally take a hit for you.It emulates Laurel.
Mini Impostor (Purple)Might occasionally stab enemies. It throws knives in the direction you are running.
Mini Scientist (Pink)Might occasionally throw science at enemies. It throws Santa Water around.
Mini Horse (White)Might occasionally infect you with its relentless happiness. It shoots the Greatest Jubilee around.

So basically, you’re getting a heck of a ton of auxiliary weapons for your character… that don’t count as actual weapons. This means you can play around with Arcana XX – Silent Old Sanctuary.

The “better moral support” part of leveling these little creatures enhances the potency of the weapons by two and allows you to use them to evolve weapons from the DLC.
