What are Incarnon Weapons in Warframe? – Answered

Squeeze some insane power out of otherwise capable weapons.

Warframe has all sorts of weapons for you to unlock, upgrade, and decorate to your heart’s content. Mods, for example, offer a ton of customizability, helping you discover how you can make a weapon tear through Steel Path content. Personally, I’ve used the Nataruk build around the perk of multishot to decimate whichever foes I’ve come into contact with. One fairly new bit of tech is the Incarnon Weapon feature, which has a lot of mystery surrounding how to use them. Here’s what Incarnon Weapons are in Warframe.

What is an Incarnon Weapon in Warframe?

Incarnon Weapons are first introduced when completing the main quest of the Zariman. When speaking to Cavalero, you can purchase blueprints for different Incarnon Weapons such as the Laetum, Phenmor, and Innodem. Building them will cost various resources including Voidplumes, Voidgel Orbs, and the ever-rare Entrati Lanthorns.

Once you’ve finally built the weapons, you’ll quickly discover that there’s more to upgrading them than getting them to Level 30. By completing the various challenges they present and bringing the weapon back to Cavalero after each challenge is complete, you’ll be able to pick a perk that will permanently remain on the weapon. The first challenge also unlocks its Incarnon Form with new attack patterns. In the case of the Laetum, getting enough headshots on enemies lets you temporarily transform the gun from a capable pistol into a fully-fledged explosive SMG.

With this in mind, you’ll want to acquire the Incarnon Upgrades for whichever weapon you’re using. Their true potential is unlocked through these upgrades and turns each weapon into a powerhouse. Almost every single Incarnon Weapon is considered to be at or near the top of the meta, meaning you can guarantee some serious power out of them. The same can be said of Umbra Forma, which our guide can help you in finding.
