With the launch of Season 2 of The Finals, a new Contracts system has been added to replace the Daily, Weekly, and Event system of the past. Here’s how the new Contracts system works in The Finals Season 2.
How Do Contracts Work in The Finals Season 2?
To get the easy stuff out of the way, Daily Contracts remain in the same form as they did in Season 1. You still get a series of challenges to complete that, when completed, will reward you. However, the Weekly challenges have now been replaced by various challenge circuits and stages. These are the Rookie, Challenger, Pro, and Masters Circuits.
Each of these Circuits will unlock as the season progresses, with new Circuits unlocked as you complete various contracts in each Circuit. This continues until all Circuits are unlocked. The Rookie Circuit for example only offers some basic challenges that you should have completed after your first few matches. However, the later Circuits should provide more and more difficult challenges.
Each time you complete a Circuit, you’ll receive a reward of some kind to commemorate getting your challenges done. For example, the first week offers a charm showing off one of the aspects of the new 5v5 mode added with the season launch.
Do I Need to Complete a Circuit Quickly?
Thankfully, Circuits don’t need to be completed as soon as possible. Once they’re unlocked, they’re available to do whenever you’d like. The only time they’ll go away is for the end of the season, when presumably a new set of Circuits are added to the game with new rewards. If you have to step out for a week, no need to worry!
