The Fastest Way to Get Alcoholics Anonymous Achievement in Atomic Heart

The first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem. That can only be solved by killing bots.

Vodka doesn’t serve much purpose in Atomic Heart beyond giving you a few blur lines on the edge of your screen. But if you decide to drink the Vodka instead of taking it apart for resources, it will give you the chance to earn the achievement Alcoholic Anonymous. Here’s the fastest way to get Alcoholics Anonymous in Atomic Heart.

The Fastest Way to Get Alcoholics Anonymous Achievement in Atomic Heart

Atomic Heart is rife with achievements, but one that proves to be surprisingly challenging is Alcoholics Anonymous. This achievement requires you to kill 5 enemies while under the influence of Vodka, a drink which will put you into the “drunken” state between one and two minutes.

The issue with Atomic Heart is that enemies are rarely grouped together and Vodka can be hard to come by. Fortunately, there’s a point in the game where those two objectives come together beautifully. And that’s at the VDNH.

If you rifle through enough cabinets on the entry floor you’ll find Vodka, a drink you’ll need in your inventory for this achievement. Or, if you’re like me, you’ll already have half a dozen bottles because you’re a little loot goblin. Keep that in your inventory and progress the quest like normal.

Once you’re tasked with finding Claire’s missing body parts, head all the way to the bottom floor. From here, head through the door with a pink bee-like insect next to a door. You’ll descend a flight of stairs then enter into Chelomey.

Follow the hall until you enter a large room full of Mother plants, which are hanging on the walls and the ceiling. Drink your Vodka by accessing it in your inventory. Step into the room and be prepared to get absolutely swarmed with Sprouts. You’ll get this achievement in less than 30 seconds.

Congrats! But if you find that you’ve already moved past this part, the open fields are a great place. Just try to draw as much attention to yourself as possible while maintaining Alarm Level 2.
