Josh Duhamel as Jacob Lee in The Callisto Protocol

The earliest confirmed cast member of The Callisto Protocol is Hollywood action hero Josh Duhamel, who will reportedly serve as the game’s protagonist, Jacob Lee, providing the voice and motion capture performance. Duhamel is known for his many appearances in Michael Bay’s sci-fi action Transformers film franchise, and has previously lent his acting talents to Call of Duty: WWII in 2017. Karen Fukuhara as Dani Nakamura in The Callisto Protocol

Karen Fukuhara is making her videogame acting debut in The Callisto Protocol as Dani Nakamura. Her first prominent acting role was in the 2016 DC comics film Suicide Squad, and the 30 year old actress is most well-known as being a cast member on Amazon’s popular superhero television series, The Boys. Most recently, she portrayed “Kayda Izumi, the train concession girl” in the 2022 Brad Pitt-led action comedy, Bullet Train.

While it is unclear if Gwendoline Christie will appear in The Callisto Protocol, she is currently starring in The Callisto Protocol: Helix Station, a six-part prequel podcast to the game. Christie’s most recognizable acting performance was in the iconic HBO television series Game of Thrones, as Brienne of Tarth, earning the actress an Emmy nomination. She has previously appeared in the science fiction blockbuster Star Wars film series (and videogames) as Captain Phasma as well.
