The Best Way to Farm Gold in Fire Emblem Engage

If you have the DLC, let the money rain down.

Fire Emblem Engage is a game of resources. You have an entire army to keep armored and armed, and you’re going to need a lot of gold, especially if you’re going to upgrade their weapons, which you should. Fortunately, there’s a great way to ensure that Alear’s treasury is never empty… if you have the DLC. If you don’t have the expansion pass for Fire Emblem Engage, I’m sorry to say that the best money farming technique isn’t accessible. But if you do happen to have it, here’s the best way to farm money in Fire Emblem Engage.

The Best Way to Farm Gold in Fire Emblem Engage

If you’ve purchased the DLC, you likely know there are two key items that come with it: the bracelet that contains Edelgard, Dimitri, and Claud, and the bracelet that contains Tiki. Tiki is the girl we want.

If you’ve purchased the DLC, you’ll need to complete Chapter 6, then return to the Somniel between missions until you get a notification saying something’s been found at Lookout Point. Head there, and you’ll obtain the Three Houses Bracelet as well as the option to head to an island on the Southern part of the World Map.

Head to this newly discovered island and you’ll encounter Tiki in her Divine Paralogue. To recruit her, you’re going to need to defeat her. A task that’s easier said than done. But once you’ve added her to your ranks, your next task is simple.

We need Anna.

Fortunately, you can obtain Anna shortly after completing Chapter 6. A new mission will spawn on the world map, Paralogue: Mysterious Merchant. During this mission, you’ll need to approach the center treasure chest Anna is hiding in with Alear. Have Alear speak to Anna and then complete the mission like normal. This will add the spunky merchant to your army.

Now, the method for farming endless gold is ridiculously simple. Slap Tiki’s Bracelet on Anna’s wrist and train her as hard as possible. Eventually, when you have the option to Master Class her at Level 10, let her Advance into High Priest.

The reason for all of this is singular: we want to buff up Anna’s Luck Stat as much as possible. This feeds into Anna’s Persona Skill, Make a Killing. With Make a Killing, Anna may obtain 500G when she defeats a foe (trigger %=LCK).

Tiki adds to this by adding Luck to Anna’s Luck Stat. At Bond Level 5, she’ll add +2, at Level 7 she’ll add +4, and so on, until Bond Level 18, when she’ll grant Anna +10 Luck, which is massive.

The High Priest is also an ideal class choice for Anna as it has the highest possible Luck growth stat at 30%. To get the most out of it you might want to soft reset here and there, but it’s by far the most efficient class for this gold-making build.

Once all of this is done, you can expect Anna to farm out 500G every other enemy she defeats. And this will only get better when you finally reclass her to something a little more offensive. May I suggest a Mage Knight to take advantage of Anna’s high Magic growth rates?
