To find the Golden Tailoring Tools in Elden Ring you’ll have to have made it into Raya Lucaria Academy, which is Elden Ring’s second Legacy Dungeon. Make your way through the Academy until you come across a small room leading to a courtyard. This will be shortly after defeating Radagon, about halfway through the Dungeon.
In the courtyard to the north you’ll find a powerful knight, to the left a door leading to a shortcut, and to the right will be a sending portal. Go through the sending portal and it will teleport you to an area called the Church of Vows. YOu’ll find a turtle NPC to tlak to who will tell you anything you find here is yours to keep. Head over to the northeast section to find a chest containing the Tailor’s Tools.
You can use them at any Site of Grace to alter certain pieces of clothing to take off or add capes and other accessories.
