Harbin’s Dig Site – Cat Locations

There is a total of six Blue Cat Statues that you’ll need to find in Harbin’s Dig Site. We’ve outlined the location of each one below, so dive in and let’s find ourselves some nifty treasures.

Cat #1

The first cat can be found just after the rope bridge falls near the start of the level. As you head down the path that it shows you, look for the statue to appear on your left after you hear an excited meow. The narrator even makes a joke or two about the statue, so go ahead and shoot it before you continue on.

Cat #2

The second cat statue can be found after you make your way through the first tunnel, where you meet the first undead. Head out into a little courtyard area with some tents. Look for the Blue Cat statue after you hear the meow—should trigger after you pass the tents. You’ll find it up on one of the archways that you’ll continue through down the path.

Cat #3

After you first run into the Scorpions, look out for a path to the left. Head up the path and you should spot a wooden log trap that you can trigger. Near the trap, turn around and you should be able to spot the little Blue Cat statue in the courtyard below. Shoot it before moving on.

Cat #4

Continue through the level until you are attacked by enemies that throw spears at you. When this happens, head up the path to your right—climb all the way up—and make your way into a cave at the top. Take out any enemies that get in your way, then head through the cave and across a wooden bridge. You should hear the meow sound trigger as you reach the outside. Turn around and shoot the statue on the right side of the bridge.

Cat #5

The next cat can be found in the final courtyard, just before you reach the last puzzle of the level. Walk towards the optional puzzle door, then turn to the left and head down the path to the right—you should spot several tents beneath a stone bridge. You should hear the meow trigger. Look for the Blue Cat statue on the left-hand side of the tents. Shoot it before you solve this puzzle.

Cat #6

The last Blue Cat statue that you can find in Strange Brigade’s first level can be found just before you head into the final boss fight of the level. You should spot the door with all the Cat symbols above it on the right-hand side after you solve the massive floor puzzle. Turn around at this point and look for the final Blue Cat statue on the left, on top of a pillar. Shoot it to open up the door. Head inside to grab this Golden Cat statue, as well as some other goodies.

Hidden Valley – Cat Locations

There are six more Blue Cat statues for you to find and shoot down as you make your way through Hidden Valley. We’ve outlined how to find them below, so dive in to see where they’re hidden.

Cat #1

The first cat in this chapter can be found just after you open up the first gate with the energy crystal. After you take down some more undead and cross over the bridge, look for the cat on a broken pillar, above you. Look to the left and up to spot it more easily.

Cat #2

The second cat in this chapter appears after you are given the choice between the high and low path. Fight your way through the path—it doesn’t matter which path you choose—and once you reach a set of ruins, look for this Blue Cat statue in a stone archway to the left. Shoot it before you move on.

Cat #3

After completing the first Scarab Puzzle, and then taking out the teleporting ghouls, make your way up a staircase which will lead you to a new energy crystal. Head past the crystal and you should see the Blue Cat statue hidden in a small little opening in the wall on your right.

Cat #4

After passing the door trap that’s jammed, you’ll head out into a small courtyard with several broken pillars, as well as a series of switches that you need to shoot as you move up a winding staircase. You won’t be able to get the Blue Cat until it spawns, so head up the staircase until you head the cat’s meow, triggering the spawn. When this happens, turn around and you should see the cat on top of the pillar just to the left of the staircase entrance.

Cat #5

After completing the second Scarab puzzle near the swamps, take out the enemies and then lower the bridge. Head across it and past a campsite. Here you can see the cat as it rests on top of a small pillar, just in the water. Shoot the cat to claim it before you move on.

Cat #6

The final Blue Cat statue in this chapter can be found just before you make it to the door where the Golden Cat waits. Look for the minotaur statue on the middle section of the staircase and then head up a path to your right. Listen out for a meow from the Blue Cat statue and then look for the statue in a small archway to the left. Shoot it and then continue on your way until you reach the cat door near the end of the level.
