You’ll need plenty of food as you gather more slimes and create more corrals. Without food, they’ll start getting antsy and attempt to hop out in search of food. They may invade your gardens or coops in this case, so you’ll want to make sure everything is stocked up! Having at least one, if not several, coops available will help you keep up with your slimes.

When setting up your coop, toss some chickens or roostros in. They don’t automatically spawn, so you’ll have to use a few initially before they start producing eggs. Once egg production begins, you won’t have to get new chickens unless they all turn into elders. Since you can only have a limited number of chickens in each coop, they may all grow too old if you leave them unattended for an extended period.
