Saints Row has many different systems players will need to interact with if they want to grow their criminal enterprise to its fullest potential. Sometimes, finding where all of these options and systems are located can be tricky. Luckily, we have the answer for you. Here’s where to find the Empire Board in Saints Row.

First off, you won’t unlock the Empire Board until you’ve taken over the old church and founded the Saints headquarters. This will happen early in the story, so if you haven’t hit this point yet, just keep progressing in the making campaign until you’ve unlocked the church. Once you’ve done this, Eli will explain the Empire Board and how you can build new ventures and unlock more side activities in the game.

Once you’ve gone over the little tutorial, you might have trouble finding the board itself in the church. This is because only one staircase leads to the second floor, where the board is located.

When you enter the church from the main entrance outside, go forward a tiny bit,m and then hang a left, you’ll see the staircase in a little out cove that will lead to the second floor. From here to board will be on the far back wall. Go to it and hit the interact key to begin using the Empire Board and build your new empire.

This board will become incredibly important in earning passive income and unlocking mini-games like Insurance Fraud and others. Check-in on it from time to time.
