Players will have to find an antigen and an adjuvant to combine to successfully create this cure. However, they have to be mixed at the right temperature. This vaccine temperature puzzle asks players to accurately select the correct temperatures for three aspects of the machine that will create the cure you have been fighting to create.
The solution for the vaccine temperature puzzle consists of the far-left column set to MID, the middle column set to High, and the far-right column set to LOW. You can find an example of what the vaccine temperature puzzle solution looks like in-game in the image below:
Once you have successfully entered this combination, the machine will create the cure. Unfortunately, a visit from the infamous Nemesis will put a significant damper on your plans for saving Raccoon City. However, players will no doubt be able to defeat the abomination with their skills.
