Secondly, you can try and set your renderer to DirectX12 instead of the game’s default of Vulkan API in your graphics settings. Finally, individuals should make sure that their graphics card has all of the latest video drivers installed to make sure your device is running optimally for the game. 

Rockstar Games is likely continuing to work on making sure that the PC’s version of its fan-favorite title will no longer suffer from the issue of not launching when community members boot it up on their platforms.
