How to Get Reshiram Treat in Scarlet & Violet
To be able to locate Reshiram, the Legendary Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: The Indigo Disk, you will need to get the Reshiram Treat from an NPC called Snacksworth. But before that, you will need to complete the Indigo Disk DLC.
After the end credits scene, head to Blueberry Academy. Snacksworth will show up near the entrance. Talk to him, and he will tell you that you need to complete 10 BBQ quests to get one clue, which is the treat you need for the Legendary Pokemon to show up. You will also need to do ten Solo Blueberry Quests for Reshiram to show up in Pokemon Scarlet and one Group Blueberry Quest in Pokemon Violet.
On top of that, it is completely random which one of the 25 Legendary Pokemon you will receive the treats for. So, keep on trying until you get the Reshiram Treat from Snacksworth.
Where to Find Reshiram in Scarlet & Violet
After you get the Reshiram Treat, head to the Paldea region and south of Zapapico. More specifically, you will find Reshiram at the top of the waterfall. Get to the top of the mountain, and you will spot Reshiram near the waterfall. Save your game at this point so that you can try to capture it again if you fail the first time.
Reshiram is a Dragon/Fire-type Pokemon who will be painful to deal with if you don’t have a powerful Pokemon with you. It is weak to Ground, Rock, and Dragon-type attacks, so make sure you use a Pokemon that specializes in the above types. You will need to chip some of its health away before you get a chance to capture it. But before that, make sure you try to capture it with a Quick Ball. If luck is on your side, you will get it on your first try without needing to battle against it. If not, then you will have to defeat it in a battle.
