NBA 2K14 Best Defensive Teams

It’s easy to put up a ton of points in basketball video games, but as the saying goes, defense wins championships. That said, we fired up NBA 2K14 on PS4 to find out which teams play the best defense.

These stats are subject to change.

1.) Oklahoma City Thunder

The Thunder? Really? We didn’t expect OKC to take the top spot. Then again, they do have shot-blocking machine Serge Ibaka and Kendrick Perkins holding down the paint. 

2.) Indiana Pacers

No surprise here. The Pacers’ stingy defense shuts down most NBA teams, thanks to Roy Hibbert and Lance Stephenson’s aggressive play.

3.) Miami Heat

Of course the Heat are in the top three. LeBron smacks basketballs off the glass at will, and it’s tough to get by Shane Battier and the always pesky Chris Andersen.
