Now, players will not be able to get the Iron Golem Artifact during their first playthrough of the game. They will actually have to complete the game twice to unlock the Apocalypse difficulty. Once you have unlocked the Apocalpyse difficulty, this particular item will then be added to the rotation of artifacts that players can obtain. It will have a chance to drop on the Pumpkin Pasture level when players are going through it. You may also be able to get it randomly by using the Wandering Trader in your camp, where you can exchange gems for random artifacts.

Players who acquire and equip this artifact will then be able to summon an Iron Golem at will and have it help them fight all of the enemies that wish them to harm them in the world.
