While a plethora of villains have made their appearance throughout multiple games in the Marvel’s Spider-Man series, one of the most iconic has yet to make its debut. Is the Green Goblin finally emerging in Spider-Man 2, or do we need to wait with bated breath for the next entry?
Where Is The Green Goblin In Marvel’s Spider-Man 2?

Near the end of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Harry Osborn is finally taken over by the Symbiote that lies waiting within, and things get a little hairy for Peter Parker and Miles Morales. However, like any good superhero story, they come in to save the day, but at a tremendous cost: Harry almost dies at their hands.
In a last-ditch effort to save the life of his son, Norman speaks on the phone to someone who shall not be named here and tells them to prepare the “G-Serum” in a last-ditch effort to save his son’s life. While it is not completely clear if the G-Serum will begin the transformation from man to Goblin, it seems to be heavily implied that this will be the case, alongside the lead villain of the likely Marvel’s Spider-Man 3.
So, while the Green Goblin may not make his official debut here in Spider-Man 2, the wheels are in motion, and the plan seems to be set for the next villain that Spider-Man must take down. With Peter seemingly putting his Spider-Man to the wayside for the time being, it will be intriguing to see how Miles and a possible new Spider-person will take the fight to Peter’s greatest friend.
