Is Lords of the Fallen in Game Pass? – Answered

We don't have this shade of green here.

With the upcoming release of a Lords of the Fallen sequel coming right up this week, there are thousands of fans from the original and newcomers wanting to dip their feet in this new dark fantasy RPG. But before you can start your umbral crusade against Adyr, you have another fierce enemy to defeat named Price Tag. Can the Xbox Game Pass make this battle easier for you this time?

Can You Play Lord of the Fallen in the Xbox Game Pass?

Calamity draws near as Lords of the Fallen isn’t available through the Game Pass service. Despite being available on the Xbox store page (as the game will be playable on PC, Xbox One, and Series X|S), you won’t be finding it on the extensive Game Pass games list and will have to pay the full price to get the experience. The usual “Included with Game Pass” label is absent here.

Not all games can hit the service on Day One, but this doesn’t mean that we won’t be seeing it arriving on the service in the future. Maybe Hexworks just decided to opt out of it during launch and will later include it so more people can have easier access to their latest work.

But if you’re currently on a budget and are just looking for something that can scratch that high-difficulty itch, there’s no shortage of similar Soulslike games in the Pass right now. Lies of P just released back in September, and you should definitely check it out if you haven’t already, but there are other options like Wo Long: Fallen Destiny or For Honor that may be just what you were looking for.

Lords of the Fallen is available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Series X|S and PC through Steam and the Xbox store. Multiplayer and crossplay are available, albeit the latter is limited in a strange way.
