Is Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga Cross-platform? – Answered

The Lego games are great games to play with friends and family members of all ages. Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is no different when it comes to a great co-op experience. However, some people may want to try and play with friends on a different console, or carry over your save from the different versions.

Is Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga Cross-platform? – Answered

First off, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga does not have crossplay, in fact, it does not have online multiplayer at all. The only way you can play with friends and family in this game is by using local co-op on the same system.

So if you’re looking to pick up a copy of this game be sure to know that you won’t be able to play with anyone unless you’re playing on the same system.

Of course, if you’re playing on PC you can get a little creative using a remote desktop program like Parsec to allow another player access to your game so you can trick the system into thinking it’s local. This is obviously not a factor for players on console, but it is a clever workaround if you’re in a bind.

As for bringing your save data over, the game does not support bringing your data over from one console family to another.

So unfortunately you’re out of luck when it comes to online multiplayer in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
