Almost everything you do in Injustice 2 matches will grant experience points. In addition, most of the single player content will level up your characters. Gaining experience isn’t hard, but we’re here to get you experience points as fast as possible. There are a few different ways you can maximize the experience points you gain while playing Injustice 2.

Gear Bonuses

There are plenty of items in Injustice 2 that grant experience point bonuses of some sort. Some will only give you the bonus once certain conditions are met, while others will give you a hassle-free experience points bonus. Some of these items may not mess well with your other custom gear, but if you’re trying to level up as quickly as possible, sacrifice your character’s looks for a few matches while you equip gear that will increase the experience points you gain, and always be on the lookout for new gear with higher experience point bonuses.

Match and Combat Gains

You’ll get experience points almost every match, but how you play those matches will determine how many experience points you get. The more impressing your fighting skills, the more experience points you’ll see. If you use the same special move or single hit over and over again, you won’t see big experience point bonuses. However, if you use flashy, high-damaging combos, Meter Burn special moves, and even a super move or two, you’ll see much higher experience points when the match concludes.

Single Player Content

Any single player content that allows you to choose a difficulty will provide more experience points at higher levels of difficulty. If you’re up for the challenge, always choose the highest possible difficulty to maximize your experience point gains. With that said, it’s still important to remember that losing a match won’t help you gain experience points faster. Don’t select a difficulty level so high you can’t win or you’ll be counterproductive in your efforts.

Pay Real Money

We’ve already talked a bit about Source Crystals and how you can get them in Injustice 2. Once you have at least one character to level 20, you can spend 10,000 Source Crystals to get any other character to level 20. That’s a lot of Source Crystals, especially with how slowly you get them, but you can spend real money to buy Source Crystals and level up characters extremely fast.
