How to Find and Use a Redeploy Drone in MW3 Zombies

You can use a Redploy Drone by approaching any drone symbol on the map and interacting with the ascension cable to scale up into the sky. The drone symbol looks similar to a square cross with circles on each end. It sounds like a piece of equipment you would find around Urzikstan, but it’s more like a POI that you visit on the map.

When you reach one of the Redeploy Drones, all you need to do is hold the interact button until you start ascending. Once you reach the top, you are quickly flung in one direction. At that point, you need to pull your parachute or take advantage of the free fall before pulling it. Either way, you can gain some significant ground after launching.

To find the Redeploy Drones, you can just open the MW3 Zombies map and look for the drone POI symbol. They tend to be in the same areas, and they can be used in any of the zones, so don’t worry about needing more time to farm if you’re on a mission. Places like the Seaport District or near the farms are an easy way to find some drones early on.

If you’re attempting to complete the Ascension mission from Act 2, then all you need to do is reach the top of the Redeploy Drone and then make your way to the medium threat zone or higher. Using the drone in the Seaport District is one of the easiest ways to pull this off without even having to worry about distance.

Soon, you’ll have to complete the More Firepower mission as well, so don’t fall too far behind in the Zombies story.
