Having a spot to grind up your character’s abilities is always important, and Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth has some exciting dungeons for you to explore. When do you unlock these and are they worth your time and effort?
When Do You Unlock Dungeons in Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth?
To start diving deep into Dungeons, you’ll need to progress the main story to Chapter 5. You’ll be required to enter one of the dungeons with your party as part of the main story, so you can’t miss them. After hearing a brief introduction, it’s time to start exploring the almost Tartarus-level dungeons on display here.
Once you enter, you’ll need to work through a variety of rooms, randomized every time you enter. As you approach a door, you’ll never know if a pack of vicious enemies is waiting behind it to spring an attack, or if you’ll find a room rife with treasure and weapon upgrade materials. If you’re above the recommended level, you can easily breeze through these levels and destroy what is waiting for you within these walls. If you’re not, however, expect a nice challenge that can put even the most seasoned of Yakuza through their paces.
As mentioned above, this is not only a great way to get your hands on plenty of levels for your main party, but also a fantastic way to get plenty of weapon upgrade pieces that can allow you to create a variety of fantastical weapons. Have you always wanted a baseball bat that is covered in horns of electric power? You can make that happen here, either by finding pieces that you can use to upgrade or by exchanging Research Points for these items. You’ll be ready for anything after a few repeat visits to these dungeons.
Not only that, but you’ll also find that these dungeons go much deeper than you could have imagined from an outside glance. After clearing a floor fully and challenging a powerful boss at the end, a new floor will unlock, allowing you the chance to unlock new gear for your team, alongside more powerful enemies for a boost of levels. Make sure that you’re ready for anything, and challenge any of the dungeons you encounter.
