How to Invite Belle and the Beast in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Unlocking Belle and the Beast requires entering the Beauty and the Beast realm and completing both the “Into the West Wing” and “A Prince in Disguise” quests. Once you finish the missions, you’ll build a castle for the two and invite them to Dreamlight Valley.

Unlocking the Beauty and the Beast Realm

To open the Beauty and the Beast realm, visit Dream Castle and run up the stairs to the third floor. You’ll find a door with a rose symbol on its front, and you must clear away its night thorns by paying 12,500 Dreamlight. You can get more Dreamlight by completing daily duties.

Once you unlock the door to the realm, follow the opening cutscene and flying books until you reach the library and meet Belle for the first time.

To complete the Into the West Wing quest, you’ll have to help Belle approach the Beast after they had an argument. To do this, you’ll initially open a secret passageway before finding castle candles, candle holders, and a golden curtain to help Belle make a disguise before entering the hidden path and speaking to the Beast.

Following this exchange, your next task is to craft an Enchanted Canvas before returning to Belle, meeting the Beast once more, and helping the two calm down after their argument. You’ll now begin the “A Prince in Disguise” mission and get one step closer to unlocking them both.

To complete A Prince in Disguise, you’ll first have to find three key pieces using Lumiere’s riddles to recreate a key and get the Beast’s enchanted mirror. He intends to apologize to Belle and give her a gift, which is exactly what you’re helping him with. After finding the keys and helping him clean up, the two will talk and apologize, leading to the final part of this journey.

Inviting Belle and the Beast to Dreamlight Valley

Once you complete A Prince in Disguise, you’ll talk to Belle about everything that happened. Eventually, she asks to join Dreamlight Valley, prompting you to place her castle somewhere in the village and pay a 20,000 Star Coin fee. Upon doing this, she’ll arrive in the valley, and shortly after, you’ll also speak to the Beast to invite him.

After you talk to the Beast and invite him to the village, you’ll unlock both Belle and the Beast in Disney Dreamlight Valley!
