They say that the enemy of your enemy is your friend, and Minecraft Legends seems to take that advice directly to the heart. It feels like just yesterday we were fighting off the powerful and explosive power of the Creeper, and now we’re looking to see how we may harness their volatility for our own advantage. Not only will you find yourself pairing up with Creepers and other hostile mobs in this unique RTS, but you can also bet that you’ll be able to befriend these adorable ticking time bombs and have them in your squad for good. Here’s what you’ll need to do to get Creepers in Minecraft Legends.
How To Get Creepers In Minecraft Legends
As you progress through the somewhat lengthy campaign, you’ll find that there are a variety of different missions that you can accomplish. One of these tasks is finding and clearing out the Creeper Homestead, which will allow you to start spawning Creepers that you can bring into battle. As with many of the missions, there will be a few different stipulations that you’ll need to meet before you can get them home.

You’ll need to clear out all of the Piglins from this area, as well as destroy the portal that is in the middle of the battlefield before you can accomplish this goal. After you have done this, however, you’ll have a new mob that you can add to your growing list of companions. Much like in their original game, Creepers are rather dangerous and can cause some devastating damage in the right hands, making them a very useful tool to have in your arsenal of creatures.
If you’re hoping to start building Creeper Spawners, you’ll need to ensure that you have the right materials and an ample amount of them. To make this invaluable creation, you’ll need the following:
- 25 Stone
- 25 Wood
- 5 Coal
After this, you’ll be ready to spawn them and bring them into the next big battle with you. You’ll find that their hiss is much less lethal than their booms, so keep plenty of Lapis and Coal on your person at all times to keep spawning as many as possible before the battle has ended.
