Hexagon Puzzle Piece Locations

In Chapter 4, you’ll need to gather a few tile coasters with some archaic images doodled across them to complete the puzzle. These titles, described in-game as hexagon pieces, are scattered through the game and chapters, and you’ll need to gather three in total.

Hexagon Puzzle Piece A Location

Hexagon piece A is very easy to find. It’s in the safe room in the basement of Chapter 3 near the Shooting Rage, in a red crate.

Hexagon Puzzle Piece B Location

Also conveniently located in Chapter 4, but this time we’ll need to go to the North shore of the Fish Farm. Jump into the water, and you’ll find it close to one of the Blue Medallions in another red chest.

Hexagon Puzzle Piece C Location

The final Hexagon Puzzle Piece is in the Small Cave Shrine. To access it, you’ll need to complete another puzzle. But once you do, a door will open and you’ll be able to enter a small room that contains both the Blasphemer’s Head and Hexagon Piece C.

Now that you have all three Hexagon pieces, head back to the stone Pedestal. We have a picture to make!

Stone Pedestal / Hexagon Puzzle Solution

Insert the Hexagon Pieces you’ve gathered and let’s start.

Step 1

Select the left-section of the Hexagon puzzle. Rotate it once.

Step 2

Select the top-section of the hexagon puzzle. Rotate it once.

And look at that, you’ve made a terrifying worm monster. Isn’t that nice and not ominous at all? And for all that running around, you get the coveted Depraved Idol, a tiny golden anteater with a crown that you can sell for a lot of money.
