How to Sign Up for the Street Fighter 6 Closed Beta Test

Capcom’s iconic fighting game franchise, Street Fighter, is making a bombastic return in 2023. Street Fighter 6 splashes onto the scene and boasts vibrant color, style, and technique, while still giving players the utmost polished fighting game experience that earned the series its reputation. On September 15, Capcom announced the Street Fighter 6 Closed Beta Test, including the available dates and an opportunity to sign up for a chance to play much earlier than release. Where To Sign Up For The Street Fighter 6 Closed Beta Test

To sign up for the Street Fighter 6 Closed Beta Test, visit Capcom’s official Street Fighter site and click the ‘Apply for the Closed Beta Test’ button. You’ll need a Capcom ID in order to sign up, and the appropriate platform to play it on. Street Fighter 6 will be available for Playstation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam.

After clicking the button, you’ll be presented with the Capcom ID login screen. Enter your credentials and fill out the remaining information to complete the signup process.

If you’re lucky enough to be picked, you’ll be able to experience the Street Fighter 6 Closed Beta Test beginning on October 7, 2022, through October 10, 2022.

According to the trailer, you’ll be able to play as eight different characters during the Closed Beta Test period. Those fighters are:

  • Luke
  • Chun-Li
  • Kimberly
  • Guile
  • Jamie
  • Ryu
  • Ken
  • Juri

That’s a lot of combos to master. After a not-so-stellar launch by its predecessor, Street Fighter 6 is looking to make an explosive comeback, launching with the usual online modes as well as an open-world single-player campaign mode, and assumingly much more.
