Missing time-limited events always feel terrible in any live-service game. Sometimes you didn’t have time; 24 hours are just not enough. Or maybe you were on a break and didn’t know about it. It’s okay, we’ve all been there. And that’s why Honkai: Star Rail is now allowing players to replay those at a later date.
Despite this being a widely requested feature in the Genshin Impact community for years, Star Rail is the new spoiled child receiving all the goods. A huge win for the Trailblazers!
How to Replay Events in Honkai: Star Rail
Any big, relevant event will be available in the Conventional Memoir to be replayed anytime you want. You can access the Memoir by heading into the Travel Log and selecting the Event Notes tab. Click on the small banner icon with a tiny star, next to the hourglass icon at the lower left corner of the screen.
Events with important story moments are eventually added here and you can claim regular rewards (like Stellar Jades and resources), but you cannot receive time-limited rewards. Otherwise, no one would play the events during the debut period anymore.

To make things easier to explain, the Sealed Sector part of the Starhunt Game event would be replayable and rewards would be applicable, but you cannot get the Before the Tutorial Mission Starts Light Cone after the event itself is gone. Story moments are not a problem for this event since Silver Wolf’s mission is a permanent feature.
Can I Get Rewards Again From the Conventional Memoir?
If you happened to play the actual event, you won’t get anything by replaying it in the Conventional Memoir. However, if you did play the event but couldn’t complete it in time, you can indeed redeem the missing rewards (including Stellar Jades) you didn’t get at first.
Aside from getting some extra rewards, the main goal is to allow players to experience everything this game has to offer. This is a huge upgrade when compared with Genshin’s current situation, where many lore-relevant moments were made as timed events that players can never experience again.
It kinda sucks we can still miss certain Light Cones forever, but it feels somewhat fair to reward those who played the game at that time. So don’t waste your time and make sure you get the new free Light Cone, which is more than amazing.
