Is it Possible to Heal in Lethal Company?

It is currently not possible to heal yourself or your teammates in Lethal Company during your scrap runs. This means that you have to be extra careful when dealing with various entities throughout your gameplay because there are no respawns or heals during the run.

There is one other way to, technically at least, heal yourself in Lethal Company.

How to Heal in Lethal Company

The only way to regenerate your Health in Lethal Company is to finish your run (while surviving, of course) and fly away from the moon you’re on. At the next day’s start, your health will be fully regenerated, and your wounds will be healed. The Company does take care of you at the end of the day.

If you die, however, you can respawn the next day on the ship if at least one crew member survives the current run. And then, depending on whether your body is recovered, you will be fined (morbid, isn’t it?).

Will Healing Items Be Introduced to Lethal Company in the Future?

We have yet to hear such information from the developers of Lethal Company. However, it is likely expected by the community somewhere down the line, as having a field medic can never be bad in games like Lethal Company.

In case a healing item is added to Lethal Company in the future, we will update this article.
