You must tune in to these streamers with drops enabled on their channel to participate in the Twitch drops event.

Firstly, you must connect your Twitch account to your Escape from Tarkov profile. Go to the Escape from Tarkov website and log in with your Tarkov account. Once logged in, go to your profile page and look for the “Actions:” bar on the right side of the page. Look for the Twitch account link.
