Remnant 2 essentially lives and breathes off of its secrets, with hundreds of hours worth of secrets alone to be explored. Some of these are smaller, such as a minor side path that might have a couple of resources. Others are much larger, featuring new pieces of gear or entirely new Archetypes. In the case of this secret, it’s just a nice mod. Here’s how to get the Song of Eafir mod in Remnant 2.
Where to Find the Song of Eafir Mod in Remnant 2
Before you can get the Song of Eafir, you’ll need a few prerequisites. The first is to have your current run of Yaesha be the Corrupted Ravager quest line. If it’s the Empress questline, you’ll need to reroll Adventure Mode Yaesha until you spawn elsewhere. Once you have it, progress through the main quest line until you can interact with the Water Harp. This will require finding it, then taking a side path to activate a gear needed to make it run. Then, run the puzzle as normal. We have a guide on how to complete the Water Harp puzzle linked below if you need it.

Now that you’ve completed all prerequisites, we can get started. At the Water Harp, you’re looking to play a secret song that isn’t the same one as the bridge. That song is as follows, using the harp’s pegs:
- Row 1: Peg 1
- Row 2: Peg 4
- Row 3: None
- Row 4: Peg 2
- Row 5: Peg 5
- Row 6: None
- Row 7: Peg 3
- Row 8: None
Once you activate the Water Harp with that configuration, a new song will play, and you’ll get the Bolt Driver handgun. We aren’t done yet, though. Nearby is the Flautist playing his melody, who you’ll want to speak to. Doing so gives the Scroll of Binding. Take this to McCabe in Ward 13, and you’ll have the Song of Eafir mod.
What Does the Song of Eafir Mod Do?
With the Mod equipped, using it will fire off a shot that staggers Ground enemies within 10m of its landing zone, along with dealing 150 damage to Flying enemies in range. The AoE will linger in that spot for 15 seconds, inflicting Slow on enemies within 15m and reducing their damage dealt to you and your party by 15%. This makes it a great mod for horde clearing but it doesn’t have as great an effect against bosses.
