Outrage TM Effects in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Outrage is a physical attack with a power of 120 and an accuracy of 100. It costs 10 PP to use and targets a random opponent. The effect is described as “the user uses the same attack for 2-3 turns and then becomes confused after.”

Outrage has no effect on Fairy-type Pokemon and is not very effective on Steel-type Pokemon. However, it’s super effective against Dragon-type Pokemon, making it an effective way to take down those tougher, late-game opponents.
