How to Get the Fertile Ribbon in BitLife

Bitlife lets you do all sorts of unhinged things, like becoming a professional Chicken Sexer or Armpit Sniffer. But why let your job be defined by your job when it can be defined by how many spawn you left in the world? That’s precisely what the Fertile Ribbon in Bitlife measures.

To unlock the Fertile Ribbon for your character’s tombstone, you’ll need to create at least four children. To do this, make sure your character isn’t on Birth Control. You can make sure they aren’t by checking ‘Fertility’ in the activities bar.

Next, you can use the Fertility menu to try Artificial Insemination. This will give you a higher chance of obtaining twins or triplets, which is ideal. But artificial insemination isn’t great if your character has a partner, as they’ll likely be upset about the procedure, starting an argument. Your character must also be under the age of 50 and assigned female at birth. You can further increase your fertility using Meditation, though it may actually drop your fertility.

If your character has a partner but hasn’t successfully reproduced, you can try IVF. Like artificial insemination, there’s a higher chance of producing twins or triplets.

But if you want to try it the old-fashioned way, have your character engage with their partner or hookups as many times as possible during their lifetime. Once they’ve managed to successfully get pregnant and deliver four times, that ribbon is secure.

If you really enjoyed getting your character pregnant, the Lustful Ribbon might be the next best step. But if you found the experience to be a complete bust, why not go for the Cat Lady Ribbon instead?
