The Deathless Visage is one of the best ways to enhance the Bone Spear Necromancer in Diablo 4, and like every other unique in the game, it’s not so easy to find. In this guide, I’ll cover how you can get the visage for yourself and what the main effect is for the armor piece.

Where to Find the Deathless Visage in Diablo 4

You can get the Deathless unique by completing activities such as Nightmare Dungeons, World Bosses, and Helltides on World Tier 3 or above. Each one of these tasks is a great way to collect Legendary and Unique items, but that doesn’t mean you are restricted from them. However, I complete these as often as I can because it’s the best chance for a Unique.

Any Unique in Diablo 4, like the Deathless Visage, can technically drop at any time. Whenever you open up a chest or kill monsters at World Tier 3 and above, there is a chance that powerful gear can drop. World Tier 4 has the best chances for rare drops and Ancestral Uniques.

Diablo 4 Deathless Visage Effect

The Deathless Visage is a Unique Helm that enhances the effects of the Bone Spear on the Necromancer. Bone Spear is one of the abilities that Necromancer builds rely on to deal direct damage against mobs or single targets. Using this Unique boosts the residual damage of the ability.

With the Deathless Visage equipped, Bone Spear leaves behind echoes as it travels, which will explode and deal damage based on your Necromancer stats. If you want to make a build with the Bone Spear in mind, then make sure to start farming and hang on to this helmet.
