How to Get Scarabs in Genshin Impact

Scarabs are a local specialty introduced during the 3.1 Update. These Scarabs are native to the Sumeru Desert, which you can access after reaching Adventure Rank 35 and progressing through Chapter II: Act IV. Upon reaching the desert for the first time, you can venture through a few specific areas to search for Scarabs:

  • Around the Mausoleum of King Deshret, particularly north and west of the area. You’ll find the Mausoleum in the western portion of the region.
  • West of the Eye of the Sands in the northern part of the area.
  • Along various pathways, such as those near the Dune of Elusion, Dar al-Shifa, and Sobek Oasis
