Fortune tellers aren't the only ones who can lie

WoW Season of Discovery (SoD) Sayge’s Darkmoon Faire Buffs

Sayge, who can be found at the fairgrounds in either Elwynn Forest or Mulgore, will ask the player two questions, and your answers will determine which buff you receive. These buffs do not persist through death. The list of answers and buffs provided are as follows:

+10% Damage11
+10% Armor13
+25 All Resistances12
+10% Strength32
+10% Stamina31
+10% Spirit21

These very juicy buffs last two hours and have a four hour in-game cooldown between them. A 10% damage increase is so ludicrous I have a hard time thinking it’s anything but mandatory for progression raiding whenever the Faire is active.

The Darkmoon Faire itself appears quite often during Season of Discovery, and rotates between Elwynn Forest and Mulgore, typically with about five days of downtime between them (followed by three days of “set-up”). You can access either one as whichever faction you’ve chosen, but you’ll need to do a little sneaking around if you want to avoid guards as much as possible.

Besides these buffs, there are no experience or reputation bonuses associated with the Faire in Classic. Sorry, WHEE! buff enjoyers, but they haven’t upgraded the rides yet. So beyond Sayge’s buffs, you can rest easy knowing you aren’t missing much.
