There are quite a few endings in Cyberpunk, but The Star ending has to be one of the best. And don’t worry, you won’t see any major spoilers in this guide, beyond the quests and dialogue options you’ll need to choose in order to unlock it.
Here’s how to get Panam’s Ending / The Star ending in Cyberpunk.
You don’t have to romance Panam to get this ending! But if you do, you’ll get some unique dialogue.
Complete all of Panam’s Side Missions:
- Life During Wartime
- Riders on the Storm
- With a Little Help from My Friends
- Queen of the Highway
During Nocturne OP55N1, ask Panam for Help
All side missions for Panam must be completed by this point. If you’ve done that, during your conversation with Johnny, you’ll have the option to choose “Gonna ask Panam for help.”
You must select this dialogue choice in order to unlock the Star ending.
Choose to take the Omega Blockers
After choosing Panam and the Aldecaldos, V must take the Omega Blockers. This will keep V sharp, but it will also let V make the next choice. Calling Panam to ask for her help.
If you’ve done all of them, you’ll get your ending with Panam. You’ll also get the unique reward: the Aldecaldos Rally Bolero Jacket.
Fun fact, you’ll still get this jacket if you completed The Temperance ending with Johnny instead. But, still, it looks nice!
