In BitLife, getting accepted into medical school requires pursuing science degrees like chemistry, biology, or nursing. You’ll find these degrees in university once your character graduates secondary school and pursues post-secondary education. If you don’t see any of these degrees right away, you can age up or close and reopen the BitLife app before rechecking the list.

Once you graduate from university with one of the degrees listed above, head back into the Education tab again and select Medical School before applying. If successful, you’ll find options for paying your tuition, allowing you to apply for a scholarship, get a student loan or ask your family members.

Speaking of which, you’ll also want high smarts stats to maintain high grades, especially when applying for a scholarship. After all, if you don’t get a scholarship, be prepared to fork out around $300,000 in student loans. It’s pricey, but fortunately, it allows you to get some high-paying jobs.
