How to Get Epic Dog Collar in MW3 Zombies

Zombies players can get the Epic rarity Dog Collar by depositing a Chunk of Flesh and a Molotov Cocktail into a Doghouse, and then defeating the Hellhound that spawns from it. Getting both items can be fairly simple.

Players can equip a Molotov into their loadout before starting a Zombies game, or find one randomly around the environment. The Chunk of Flesh drops from dead Zombies randomly, through blowing them up from explosives can help quicken the search. Only one item of each is necessary for the method.

Deposit the two items into any Doghouse around the map, which will appear when players are near them. This will spawn an enemy Hellhound, and will drop the Epic rarity Dog Collar when defeated. Players will need to upgrade the item to gold status to use it for the Dark Aether Rift.

How to Get Gold Dog Collar in MW3 Zombies

The gold, or ultra rarity, Dog Collar is the Sigil players need to unlock the Dark Aether Rift. It can be earned by entering an Aether Tear, flying into the red light, and then completing the purple Bounty Contract.

Players will need the purple Dog Collar already in their inventory. Search around the map for Aether Tears, which are purple portals of light on the ground that will appear on the mini-map when near one.

Enter the Aether Tear to appear high in the air, and parachute into a red light floating in mid-air. This will spawn a purple Tier 3 Bounty Contract. Destroy the special boss from the contract to receive the gold Dog Collar in the reward rift. The Contract will also be in the red High Threat zone, so be prepared with level 3 Pack-a-Punched weapons and other equipment before trying.
