How To Get Wanted Status in Palworld

If you’re cruising for a bruising, you should start attacking any NPC characters that you come across. The wanderers that you encounter by the campfires are a nearly surefire way to ensure that you get a wanted level, and it just requires a few smacks from your weapon of choice. Once you have hit them enough, or even killed them, there’s a great chance that you’ll get a Wanted status, which is highlighted in the top-right corner.

Now, you’ll have the PIDF’s hot on your tail, and it’s time for you to either make it or break it. They’re a tough foe, at least until you hit the midgame point where you’re a bit more leveled up. What should you do if you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place when trying to deal with them?

How To Lose Wanted Status in Palworld

If you’re looking for the easiest way to remove your Wanted level, it’s time to fight back. Sure, you may have just killed or seriously injured an NPC in cold blood, but it’s not your fault. Now that you’ve got the Palworld equal of the Police Department on your tail, you’ll need to either show them that you’re not messing around, or hope that you’ve got a great mount that can get you out of Dodge as quickly as possible.

If you have powerful Pals and weapons, you may be able to hold your own against those who are chasing after you, but if you don’t have the firepower to match what they’ve got, just start running. Eventually, once you make enough distance, your Wanted level should vanish in a poof. You’re a free person once more, so get ready to butcher your pals — I mean, capture and make them your best friends.

You could just make the ultimate sacrifice and toss yourself off of a mountain, or drown in a body of water. While dying isn’t exactly the greatest option, it may be the only one available, but make sure that you can easily make your way back to pick up your items if you haven’t customized your world settings.
