Considering how massive this launch has been in terms of players, problems are almost guaranteed to happen. This guide will cover the 300202 error code specifically, and how you can potentially fix it if you’re having trouble.

How to Fix Diablo 4 Error Code 300202

When you see code 300202 pop up on your screen, the Diablo 4 servers are likely experiencing some outages. This could be genuine connection issue on your side, but it’s more than likely a problem with the sheer amount of players logging in at one time. That means you’ll see error code 300202 appear any time the server won’t let your character load into the game or you’ve just been disconnected.

The best way to solve this is to restart your game and go through the same steps. If you’re on PC, you can attempt to clear some of the cache files in the Diablo 4 files for Blizzard, but there are really no guarantees here. You’ll likely just have to wait a few minutes for the server load to adjust.

Error Code 300202 has appeared multiple times throughout the official launch of Diablo 4, and it will likely appear again. All you can really do is restart your game and wait it out!

One other recommendation is to simply wait out the 300202 error code within the same menu. If you restart your game right away, you run the risk of going back into an hour-long queue. You won’t always need to restart the game for the codes to fix themselves.
