The Sea Monster can be found in the Western Basin on the northern Coast of Africa after picking up the From the Deep contract. Picking up the contract is the first step in finding the beast because, without it, there is no way for it to spawn. As long as your ship is around level 5, the initial contract will appear as a whisper when you sail near the Lanitra Outpost in the Giant’s Leap zone of the Red Isle.

If you haven’t explored this area yet, simply head north of Sainte-Anne until you reach the Lanitra Outpost directly next to the Angaya Coast. When the whisper appears, dock your ship and speak to the first vendor on the right named the Sea People Huntmaster. Like other vendors, he has plenty of supplies for sale, but he also has a couple of contracts. One is the Thrill of the Hunt, and the other is From the Deep.

How to Find the Sea Monster in Skull and Bones:

  • Reach ship level 5.
  • Head to the Lanitra Outpost in The Giant’s Leap.
  • Accept the From the Deep Contract from the Sea People Huntmaster.
  • Sail to the Western Basin.

From the Deep is a ship level 6 quest that brings you to the Western Basin on the coast of Africa. This battle will border the northern section of the open water on the Coast of Africa, so there is no random help from NPC ships. You must take down Kuharibu yourself or invite some pirate friends to ensure you don’t sink to the bottom of the ocean. Once you take him down, you can start earning Monstrous materials and can return the eye to the Sea People Huntmaster.

Take a ship like the Padewakang to the battle for the best chances of survival.
