There is an open area with a flight of stairs in the exact area marked on the map. Once you reach the location, look around to locate an Orc that roams with Mandragora. These biological creatures have roots as their legs and will plant themselves in the ground to rest. It can be hard to locate them when they are resting on the ground, but if you spot an Orc in the area, then there is a chance that Mandragora is around.

Get close to the Orc for the Mandragora to pop out of the ground. Both of the creatures will become aggressive and attack you. Focus mainly on the Orc, as it poses more of a threat than Mandragora. The Orc is weak to Fire Elemental attacks, so make sure you use this weakness to pressure it. You can also use the same elemental attacks to stagger it. Exploit its weaknesses and defeat it to turn your attention to Mandragora.

Mandragora, on the other hand, has less HP and is weak to Fire and Ice Elemental attacks. You can use the elemental attacks to pressure it and inflict serious damage, but it will force the creature to use the Quick Nap ability mid-battle. If the same happens to you while fighting Mandragora, then you should look into how to prevent enemies from using Quick Nap.

Mandragora is part of the 16 Enemies you need to assess in the Grasslands region to unlock Biological Intel: Blinded By Light.
