How to Find Mimics in MW3 Zombies

The easiest method to find a Mimic is to either start a Bounty contract or clear out an Infested Stronghold. Both of these options can be done in low, orange, and red threat zones. Although, it is probably worth staying in the outer edges for a simpler fight.

The Bounty contracts can be located on the map by the blue tags with a crosshair icon on them. However, players may get a different mini-boss other than the Mimic for the contract.

The Infested Strongholds will spawn a Mimic once players enter the buildings, but they will also have to deal with toxic gas and hordes of zombies. It is best to destroy a few cysts and then run back out of the building to see if the Mimic spawns. It will chase you outside, where you must maneuver and fight.

How to Kill Mimics in MW3 Zombies

The best way to kill a Mimic is to keep moving backward and shoot a ton of bullets into it. Players will have a much easier time by fighting low-level Mimics with Pack-a-Punch upgraded guns and having a team to divert its attention and also shoot bullets into it.

Low-level Mimics can be taken out by one player when being careful but can cause headaches if other hordes of zombies are around it. The Mimic will incessantly chase players down and whip them with their tentacles or use them to grab the player and bring them closer to it. So, shoot them in the head at any given moment to beat them quickly.
