How to Earn Dream Wardens Renown in WoW

Step 1: honk. Step 2: shoo.

WoW’s next expansion, the War Within, is.. not quite right around the corner. We still have an entire season (after this one) before the next big content drop, so why not spend that time earning some Dream Wardens renown?

WoW: Dream Wardens Renown Major Sources

The largest sources of your repeating Dream Wardens renown will come from weekly quests:

  • A Worthy Ally: Dream Wardens – 500 renown
    • Started at Central Encampment in the Emerald Dream, picked up from Keeper Amyrmn
    • Tasks the player with earning 1500 Dream Wardens renown
  • The Superbloom – 1000 renown
    • Started at Central Encampment in the Emerald Dream, picked up from Talisa Whisperbloom
    • Tasks the player with contributing to, and completing, the Superbloom activity

To find the Central Encampment, you’ll need to complete Chapter 1 of the new Emerald Dream storyline, then head to the location on the map below.

These two quests are a reliable way to farm big chunks of renown, and they’re quite simple to complete. A Worthy Ally just requires you to.. gain renown with the Dream Wardens. The Superbloom requires a modest performance in the new Superbloom activity, which begins, you guessed it, at the Central Encampment (at the top of the hour.)

The fastest way to complete both quests is to pick up both so they run concurrently, then complete The Superbloom. That’s 1000 Renown towards your Worthy Ally quest, which requires 1500 total. To cap off the rest of it, do World Quests, kill rares, and plant Dreamseeds. These are all sources of minor Renown gains, and should yield the other 500 you need relatively quickly.

Of course, this is all assuming you’re farming Renown and have exhausted the sources that come from quests. You’ll get a whopping 2500 from each chapter of the new campaign that takes place in the Emerald Dream, and there are plenty of Renown rewards from side quests scattered around the zone.
