How to Craft Arrows in Sons of the Forest

Imagination isn't enough.

Bows are one of the most effective ways to stay alive in Sons of the Forest, but what good is a bow without any arrows to shoot at your enemies? Considering how difficult aiming can be in the game as well, you’re going to need as many spare arrows as you can get.

The good news is that making some basic arrows is incredibly simple in Sons of the Forest. As long as you know where to look and which supplies you need, the rest is easy. We have you covered with a quick guide on how to craft arrows for yourself and get back to the danger.

Sons of the Forest – How to Craft Arrows

Step one to crafting arrows is picking up some feathers. One of the easiest ways to do this is by hunting down some seagulls, which can be around your camp or near the coastline on the map. If you don’t have any spare arrows to hit the birds, use a spear instead. You’ll see the feathers fall from the bird, and you can collect all of these off the ground.

With the feathers in hand, you’ll unlock the recipe to craft arrows in Sons of the Forest. Before you go craft though, you’ll need to collect some small rocks and sticks around your campsite. Take all of these resources and pull out your crafting pad to start putting together the arrows you need for your bow.

You’ll be able to use most of the supplies you’ve collected on the crafting grind. Select the small stones, the feathers, and the sticks to throw them all in the center. Then hit the gears icon to start the process and collect your finished arrows in Sons of the Forest.
