Crafting a bow in Sons of the Forest requires three main ingredients for the recipe. You will need the following materials,

• Sticks
• Rope
• Duct tape

You can obtain sticks by chopping down trees with your axe. Luckily you’re in a forest, and trees are in no short supply, so sticks will be the easiest of the three resources you’ll need to craft the bow.

For rope and duct tape, you’ll have a few different options. They are a much more difficult resource to find naturally. However, the starting area of the game should yield some to get you started.
