With every passing week comes a new weekend BitLife challenge! The Patient Zero Challenge is an interesting one that tests your character’s ability to fight off diseases. Will you win the battle or succumb to your illnesses? That is the ultimate question this time around. Get ready to do everything you can to keep your character’s body strong and stay alive! How to Complete the Patient Zero Challenge in BitLife
Below are the five tasks you will have to complete to finish the Patient Zero Challenge in BitLife:
- Be born a male in Florida
- Become a roadkill remover
- Recover from 3+ STDs
- Marry a doctor
- Suffer from 5+ diseases at once
Being a Male Born in Florida
To begin this challenge, you can use a pre-existing character or create a new life. If you make a new character, choose male as your gender, the United States as your starting country and a place like Miami, Orlando or Tampa as your place. Since you cannot pick specific states, you can choose a city in the state instead. Any of these three works, so it is up to your which you prefer!

Becoming a Roadkill Remover
Once you make your new character, age up until you turn 18. Becoming a Roadkill Remover does not require any post-secondary education or past work experience. Instead, you will have to get lucky and find it in the full-time job list under Occupation. If you do not see it right away, age up or close and reopen the BitLife app.
You will know you have spotted the Roadkill Remover job when you see a position with a skull and crossbones icon and the “Small Business” tag next to the name. Once you find it, apply for the job and pass the interview to finish the second task!

Marrying a Doctor
Since two tasks in this challenge ask you to get STDs and other diseases, you can save this for last. If you leave it for later, you can freely hook up with strangers and pick up diseases to knock out the other tasks before tackling this one. It is entirely up to you, but it will create less conflict between you and your spouse if this is your last one.
After your character becomes an adult, you can start looking for someone to date and marry. To do this, head into Activities, select Love and pick Date. From here, you will find potential suitors and their profiles, including their names, ages and occupations. Within occupation, you will want to make sure you find someone who is a doctor! Date this person, keep your relationship stats high and marry them to finish the task.

Suffering and Recovering From Diseases
The hardest part of this challenge is picking up three STDs and at least two other diseases. You also have to recover from the STDs at some point. Ideally, you will want to get all these diseases quickly, so your character’s health doesn’t rapidly decline.
One way to do this is to go back into the love category and select Hook Up. From here, have a night of unprotected fun with multiple NPCs. By doing this, there is a random chance you will pick up an STD. Repeat this until you have three!

There are a few ways you can go about the other two diseases. Going to the gym is a great way to pick up conditions like Athlete’s Foot, but there is an even easier way. To instantly pick up some diseases, enter Assets, create a social media account, and select Troll. Choose BitLifeApp and troll them to suffer from a random condition instantly. Repeat this until you suffer from at least five at once!
Once you finish the final task, you will complete the Patient Zero Challenge in BitLife!
