How to Complete Executive Level in Starfield

Well, well, well. Here we are. Ularu’s themes have been thwarted, we have a weird piece of metal jammed in our brain, and the future of Ryujin Industries hangs in the balance of our next few decisions.

The first decision we’ll have to tangle with is, do we have to acquire Infinity LTD? And should we continue with Internal Neuroamp research?

Should You Acquire Infinity LTD in Starfield? – Answered

This is one decision that doesn’t have any significant weight in the game. It won’t affect the rewards you get or the reactions of your companions, at least not significantly. So, go with your gut.

We personally opted to acquire Infinity LTD. Their record of human testing and stream of guinea pigs left an unpleasant taste in our mouths. Somehow, Infinity LTD’s moral compass is even weaker than Ryujin Industries.

Should You Continue Internal Neuroamp Testing in Starfield? – Answered

Like with acquiring Infinity LTD, this doesn’t have an impact on your rewards. But your companions unanimously approve when you discontinue testing and disapprove if you opt to continue it. The only exception might be Vasco, who we suspect doesn’t care.

If you’re attempting to woo a particular companion, like Andreja, we recommend you choose to discontinue it.

Convincing the Board Members in Starfield’s Executive Level

There are seven board members to convince. Note, if Persuaded is in capital letters, it means that the skill [Persuade] is used. If it’s lowercase, it means they can be persuaded through normal dialogue options.

Ularu:

  • Will vote against acquiring Infinity LTD unless you Manipulate her.
  • Will vote for continuing Internal Neuroamp Testing unless you Manipulate her.

Linden Calderi:

  • Will vote against acquiring Infinity LTD unless you Manipulate him.
  • Will vote for continuing Internal Neuroamp Testing unless you Manipulate her.

Veera Karla:

  • Will vote for acquiring Infinity LTD unless you manipulate her.
  • Can be Persuaded to vote against continuing Internal Neuroamp Testing.

Alexis Pryce:

  • Can be Persuaded into acquiring Infinity LTD.
  • Will vote for discontinuing the Internal Neuroamp Testing unless you Manipulate her.

Dalton Fiennes:

  • Will vote or not vote for Infinity LTD based on whatever you ask him to do.
    • He’s a true neutral on Infinity LTD.
  • Will vote for discontinuing the Internal Neuroamp Testing unless you Manipulate him.

Genevieve Monohan:

  • Will vote for acquiring Infinity LTD unless you Manipulate her.
  • Will vote for continuing Internal Neuroamp Testing unless you Manipulate her.

Persuade, chat, or Manipulate your way to whatever conclusion you’d like. Once you’ve spoken to all seven members, who are all within twenty feet of each other, they’ll gather in the boardroom.

All Possible Endings and Rewards for the Executive Level in Starfield

So, here’s where all of our choices come to the fore. There are two major endings here, with some subtle differences. Here’s how it boils down.

Masako in Starfield sitting at a desk.

Masako is CEO, Imogene Returns

You’ll get this ending if you didn’t kill Imogene in Guilty Parties and took Imogene’s slate to Dalton.

During the board meeting, when Ularu pushes to have Masako removed as CEO, you must state that Imogene was innocent.

Your rewards for this ending are:

  • 16,400 Credits.
  • An office on the Operations floor.
  • A personal Mission Board for Ryujin Industries.
  • Imogene returns.
Ularu in Starfield's Executive Level.

Making Ularu CEO

To get this ending, you must ensure that Dalton does not know about Ularu’s involvement in setting up Imogene. You can do this by killing Imogene or opting to not give Dalton the slate. Speak to Ularu to get her to reveal her plan through Persuasion, then side with her.

Masako will confront you in her office once she hears the SSNN report that implicates her. You can then lie to her about your involvement and Manipulate her into thinking Ularu will be a good president for Ryujin. When Ularu then pushes for Masako to resign at the board meeting, you must support her.

Ularu will become CEO.

Your rewards for this ending are:

  • 16,400 Credits.
  • An office on the Operations floor.
  • A personal Mission Board for Ryujin Industries.

Supporting Ularu Initially but Keeping Masako as CEO

So, this is an interesting option. You must ensure that Dalton does not know about Ularu’s involvement in setting up Imogene. You can do this by killing Imogene or opting to not give Dalton the slate. Speak to Ularu to get her to reveal her plan through Persuasion, then side with her.

Likewise, speak to Masako and tell her you’ll do whatever is necessary to find the mole.

But in the board meeting, when Ularu pushes Masako to resign, you must support Masako. Ularu will then be fired. This will net you a small bonus of credits.

Your rewards for this ending are:

  • 18,400 Credits.
  • An office on the Operations floor.
  • A personal Mission Board for Ryujin Industries.

The Ryujin Faction Quest is the only one that has a set up far earlier than its final mission. But the dialogue you’ll have at the end is practically the same.
